Wish ListThanks to the generosity of many, the stage of Yoh Theatre-Auditorium now can boast new curtains. The YTP is grateful to all of you who contributed to the Curtain Call fund.Our wish list for this year is a marquee for the Theatre-Auditorium that would allow us to list events –five or so at a time--happening in that space. This would provide early information about Freelance, open houses, concerts, play, etc. It would not take the place of the highway marquee which provides information to all who travel past the school. The theatre-auditorium marquee would face the circle. We are already working on a new costume cage for storing costumes, and we are improving an old cage for paint storage. Next on our wish list is a walkway behind the back stage curtain that would be strong enough to allow students to pass through it from one side of the stage to the other while storing lumber and other building supplies on top of it. The walkway would have blue lights built in so that students could travel from side to side with suitable visibility. |
